Ella

 Ella was Arlo's nanny in Barcelona.  She is an Australian and was perfect for Arlo's energy! They spent EVERY SINGLE DAY in the park, playing with other kids, roaming around and having a great time.  It is exactly what Arlo prefers to do. Ella was such an interesting person - she is a budding actress, with many independent films and gigs under her belt, does improve comedy and is also a fantastic chef- hosting people weekly in her flat through EatWith. There is no shortage of ambition and initiative when it comes to Ella.  It was great to get to know her for the month we were in Barcelona.

Barcelona Pad

While it may not have been the best or most glamorous apartment we have stayed in - we really enjoyed our time in Barcelona and the apartment was just fine.  The neighborhood was convenient and so close to so many things.  And it was definitely spacious enough for us!  We had 2 sets of people visit and stay with us - Grammy (mom) and the Emery's from London. And, until I saw these pictures, now months later, I didn't realize the walls were quite rosy colored.

Grammy visits us in Barcelona!

 Yay - Grammy came to visit us in Barcelona and we were all very happy about it.  We had a wonderful week of brunches, dinners, tours, a cooking class....and lots of play. We love you Grammy!
