Exploring Cusco

Obviously Cusco is a beautiful town - people come from far and wide to see it.  It has a wonderful mix of Incan ruins and Spanish architecture.  It is a very lively city, with families, travelers, kids and dogs everywhere.  Another bonus - it has amazing food!  Wow, the ceviche is out of this world and fresh. organic produce from the Sacred Valley makes it all the better.  We did eat at Greens Organics restaurant almost every time we visited, but we couldn't get enough of their fresh, delicious food and locally brewed beer.
